Your Program Coach in 1:1 Coaching. For six months, you’ll be able to schedule weekly 30-minute 1:1 coaching calls with a Program Coach. This is your dedicated personal time to receive coaching on the dynamics of your specific situations - be it applying the Coach Well, Lead Well Method, or unpacking the situations weighing on your mind. Your Coach is here to help you identify patterns, clarify your desires, refine your strategy, and support you in the goals, values, and follow-through that matter the most to you. More than cheerleading, different from mentoring - this invaluable first-hand coaching is an added layer of personal life and leadership coaching that multiplies the impact of your experience.
You’ll have the ability to choose days and times that work with your calendar and you can schedule all your sessions in advance or up to the day before if times are available.

Most of our students complete the program and obtain certification as a Coach Well, Lead Well Coach well under the six months. The program is designed to be completed within six months but because we truly understand the constraints of a leader’s busy calendar and complex list of priorities, most of the content within the program is self-paced with evergreen access. That means you will always have access to the curriculum, modules, and workbooks, you also have ongoing access to the members’ group coaching forums and Slack community.
You will only have access to the accompanying 1:1 personal coaching and asynchronous coaching for six months. This is to honor the time of our Program Coaches and our own internal resource planning.
